| Details: | SUMMARY: Bilateral Compliance Agreement Deadline for "Agreement Activity No. 1" DETAILS: Called and left a voicemail message and later talked to Leo Jones concerning the submission of a summary report regarding the outcome of the bid process for the construction of a new well. He stated that a bid was accepted and a contract signed to construct a new well. He also stated that construction may not begin until July. I asked him to have NW Engineers submit a summary of the bid and contract process and well construction timeline (to myself and/or Drinking Water Services.) ACTION NEEDED: Submission of a summary report of bid process to Drinking Water Services. | ||
