| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Deficiencies F/U DETAILS: I contacted the water operator by e-mail to notify him that the deadline is April 15th to correct the Sanitary deficiencies found during the Sanitary Survey on 12/08/2016. I sent him the templates and guidelines to help him to complete the deficiencies. He said he would send me info. by e-mail and by mail. ACTION NEEDED: Forward the documents to OHA DWP by deadline. | ||
