| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: The operator contacted me to let me know that he has installed a source sample tap up at the spring. He will send me a picture of the tap. The operator has been sending in annual CCRs. All coliform MCLs have been resolved. The plan review for the storage reservoirs received final approval on 5/17/16. This resolves all sig. deficiencies from the 12-11-14 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
