| Details: | SUMMARY: Seasonal Start-up Procedures DETAILS: Followed up with seasonal operator (opening in April) and let them know that a coliform and nitrate sample in distribution is still needed in order to open. They have already taken a coliform sample at the well. A routine coliform sample for the month of April will still be required.System background: They did not sample for nitrate in 2016 and they had a level 2 coliform investigation for confirmed E.coli in 2016.
