| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator had Received a Violation Notice. Non-specific as to what the Problem is DETAILS: I checked SDWIS and noted that there are 4 previous non-auto rtc violation for months past of monthly source assessment on Source AB. Operator has taken the past two months of AB source sampling and submitted results on time. ACTION NEEDED: I sent a request to Compliance to please RTC those 4 previous violations. I also called Chuck Michael and left a message about the above and to let me know if there is something needed that I dont see. Operator to continue monthly sampling on AB thru June 2017. | ||
