Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Alex sent me the arsenic sample results. I explained that I was concerned that the arsenic level is still high. This latest sample is at 0.010 mg/l (maximum allowable is 0.010 mg/l). When the treatment was initially installed the results were non-detect (no arsenic detected). I informed Alex that the arsenic treatment system needs to be evaluated and/or repaired/upgraded/optimized as the treated water is not much different than the raw water. If the next quarters sample has the same level as the current sample, the water system will be above the MCL for the running annual average. This will trigger a compliance schedule with a deadline to get the repairs done. I reminded him to continue to monitor quarterly for arsenic and to contact me with any questions. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up.
