| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 4/5/2017 Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: Called Jim about the routine sample taken 4/5/2017 being positive for total coliform bacteria. He will follow the coliform sampling plan: 3 repeat samples--and one from Spring 2 that is the only source in use at time of positive routine. If any repeats are positive, he will do a Level 1 Investigation.April 14, 2017 - Jim called. All samples came back negative including the source water assessment sample from Spring 2. (Note: Spring 1 and Spring 3 are not being used at this time.) ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
