Details:	SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 1/4/17 DETAILS: I spoke with the new contact for this system. I let him know that hell need to get a small water system operator cert. I let him know that a source sample at the well head is needed & 3 repeat samples in the distribution are needed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. Send in updated water system information with new contact info.
