| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3/8/17 DETAILS: The operator emailed me to verify the follow up sampling needed after the coliform detection. I let her know that a source sample at the well head is needed & 3 repeat samples in the distribution are needed. No need for a level 1 inv. yet, it will be if any of the follow ups are positive. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
