Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positives for Sample Date 3/15/17 DETAILS: The operator emailed me to let me know that the samples were total coliform positive. She indicated that she will complete a level 1 investigation & mail it to this office. She feels that a leak may be causing the coliform issue. She will do the necessary repairs & disinfect the system. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed level 1 investigation. Monitor follow up samples.
