| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 1/18/17 DETAILS: I called & spoke with the owner of the park. I let her know about the positive total coliform sample. She said that she was in contact with her lab about follow up samples. I let her know to be sure to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution. I let her know to take 3 temp routine samples in the distribution in Feb. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
