| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Sample E`-coli Positive for Total Coliform Sample Date 12/4/15 DETAILS: I spoke with Fred Bolton, PE, about the positive ecoli total coliform sample at well # 6. I let Fred know to take 5 temp routine samples. He said that they have pulled a source sample on 12-15-15 that was total coliform. I let him know to submit that sample as a source sample & take four more samples for a total of 5 source confirmation samples. He said he would have the lab take the samples right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up as needed. | ||
