Details: SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Resolution - Does Not Meet Setbacks From Hazards DETAILS: After speaking with Jeff Groom and Jay MacPherson (DWS), I am requesting the disconnected well (SRC-AA/ North Well/ KLAM12680) availability to be re-designated from permanent to emergency. This will resolve the deficiency. This has been approved by Jay MacPherson. ACTION NEEDED: Remove deficiency.
