Details: SUMMARY: Discussed significant deficiency correction DETAILS: Gene called to discuss the letter I recently mailed regarding the failure to correct the lack of a watertight casing and sanitary seal. I confirmed that the only deficiencies were the sanitary seal and lack of CCR. Gene said he will send a picture of the properly sealed wellhead. ACTION NEEDED: Review picture and confirm correction was adequate.
