| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic MCL Violation DETAILS: I spoke with Annex Elementary’s superintendent Steve Bishop. I explained that despite the fact that the two most recent arsenic samples were below the MCL, there was an MCL violation for the first quarter of 2107 as the running annual average had exceeded the standard. I gave him the contact info for the circuit rider, and told him another public notice would be required. I advised him that the school would likely be placed on a timeline for correcting the issue in the near future. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to work with circit rider, distribute public notice, develop plan to address arsenic exceedance. | ||
