| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed reservoir hatch repair DETAILS: I called Butch to notify him that the Authority would be proceeding with civil penalties in a couple weeks if Deschutes County cant confirm the reservoir hatch was repaired as required however Butch stated he used weather stripping to create a gasket around the hatch to prevent insects from entering the reservoir. He asked Jeff Freund to verify the repair as adequate and stated it isnt watertight but hopefully doesnt need to be because its inside a building. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for verification from Jeff Freund within two weeks or proceed with civil penalty assessment if appropriate. | ||
