| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from a routine sample collected on 4/24/17 from the spring 3 system. Spoke with Francine. She had consulted with water board members and they decided to forego collecting repeat samples as they are already being required to install chlorination. I advised that the system would receive violations if the repeat and source samples were not collected. Francine said that the circuit rider had been on site about a week ago, but they had not received a report yet. Discussed the plan review process and the possibility of installing meter-driven chlorine feed pumps as there is no electricity at the spring sites. Discussed the August 22 deadline for installing chlorination, and that they will likely need more time. If more time is needed, I noted that either a Bilateral Compliance Agreement or an Administrative Order would likely be put in place. ACTION NEEDED: System to continue collecting samples, plan for chlorination installation. | ||
