Details: SUMMARY: Update for Correction to Deficiencies DETAILS: Robert called regarding deficiencies due for correction 3/31/17. He said the following had been completed: measuring chlorine in distribution system and making a coliform sampling plan. He had yet to finish the O&M manual and collection of an asbestos sample.I advised the asbestos sample should be collected following the longest cumulative stretch of A-C pipe and suggested he document how he made this determination.Robert expected to complete the O&M manual by the end of May. I asked him to stay on task and let me know when completed and thus all needed corrections noted in the fall survey would be addressed. ACTION NEEDED: Collect asbestos sampleComplete O&M manualNotify CHW when these are both done
