| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Test Above 50% MCL. Test Taken in Wrong Quarter Again. DETAILS: Contacted operator to advise of results. Results are fairly consistent at 5. something each test. However, it was noted in reviewing schedule that nitrate is required to be taken in the 3rd quarter annually. I had advised this last year on the previous alert contact. Operator has Umpqua Research taking the water samples and Umpqua has not been advised that nitrate is to be taken in the 3rd quarter. ACTION NEEDED: I called Umpqua Research (spoke with Tom) at operators requests and reviewed the sample period. I advised operator that a sample be taken again in 3rd quarter. Umpqua has updated sample collection schedule for this system. | ||
