| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective Action Follow Up from Water System Survey 12/5/2016 DETAILS: Contacted Jennifer Johnson on 4/10/2017 regarding follow up for significant deficiencies outlined from Water System Survey dated 12/5/2016. Sent via email copies of Coliform Sampling Plan, WQP data sheets, Operations Manual and Emergency Reponse Plan templates.Significant deficiencies corrected:1. Copies of WQP for lead and copper for entry point and distribution for February and March were sent into DWP.2. Emergency Response Plan Completed.3. Chlorine residual monitoring is recorded on the WQP data sheets. 4. Coliform Sampling Plan is Completed.5. Operations Manual has been updated and is completed. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
