| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Deficiency: Operations and Maintenance Manual Follow-up Due 4/5/17 DETAILS: I contacted system owner 3/29/17. He notified me that the firm intended to put their operator through a course for the Operation and Maintenance manual creation put on by OAWU. He was unsure of the date of the class.April 24th, he got back to me and told me the date of the class is 7/12/17. I sent him links to "Basics for Small Water System Operators in Oregon" and two Pipeline newsletter articles on O&M Manuals. ACTION NEEDED: Expect to be contacted by David after his employee has attended the class and created a manual in July. | ||
