| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: The operator sent me information on the type of gasket used between the case & hand pump. The gasket isnt easily seen from the outside but it make a proper seal. This corrects the significant deficiency from the 7-22-14 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
