| Details: | 06.23.21 - the operator located the corrosion control log sheet for May, 2021. A copy of the report was emailed to our compliance office. 06.10.21 - Corrosion control log sheet for May is missing. Eric, the new DRC for Nesika beach -Ophir water system contacted me to inform me that the monthly master log book used to record all of their PH data for the lead and copper corrosion control has gone missing. Eric have had his staff looking all over, but they have not been successful as of 6.10.21 locating the book. Today is the deadline to report corrosion control monitoring for the month of may, 2021. I informed Eric that If they have the data and just need the form they can use a generic form online. If they don't have the data by the end of today, the system will generate a violation that will be RTC once they report the next monitoring period - June, 2021. |
