| Details: | SUMMARY: E-coli Positive DETAILS: Source sample was taken at well SRC-AA on April 25th 2017. Sample came back E-Coli positive on April 27th 2017. Operator is required to take 5 confirmation samples as soon as possible. Spoke with operator and he will be taking the 5 confirmation samples at the source and labeling them CO. Operator needs to make sure that the system ID is included along with the samples! ACTION NEEDED: Await test results. | ||
