Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 9/12/16 DETAILS: Fred called to let me know about the total coliform positive sample at this park. I let him know that a source sample is needed at each source & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He said he would be sure to have the operator pull samples. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results & respond as necessary.
