| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Follow-up and Compliance DETAILS: The system is not current with its lead and copper testing due a system pressure failure in September 2016. The third party testing contractor waited until the last days of September and then a loss of pressure. The repairs could not be made in a timely manner and the test could not be submitted. The system asked for a compliance schedule to meet lead and copper testing parameters of June 1 to September 30.I have granted the extension and reminded them to test early in the compliance period to avoid this from occuring in the future. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for lead and copper testing to be submitted after June 1, 2017. | ||
