| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit monthly SW reports DETAILS: Ross caught up in submitting the reports at the end of January, but then none was submitted for either February or March. He returned my call today to say he just submitted the reports for February, March, and April electronically today. The April one will be received on time, which should allow the previous violations to be returned to compliance. Ross will try to do better at submitting them on time. The report contents for these months are good (that is, in compliance with treatment standards). ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
