| Details: | SUMMARY: Retail Food Establishment/Transient Non-Community Water System Ceased Operations DETAILS: I called the firm to discuss the violations for no quarterly coliform testing as well as no Nitrate sample for 2016. Mr. Vega said the store has closed and is no longer in operation, thus the water system no longer meeting the requiremnts for a Transient Non-Community water system. I informed Mr. Vega I would close the system with the OHA. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
