| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ on RT Sample DETAILS: Operator thinks that it is time to change UV light. We discussed need to maintain UV light and sleeve according to manufacturers instructions. He will check on that. ACTION NEEDED: Advised to take repeats (one at same site, one up and one downstream in distribution) and take on TG sample at spring tap prior to treatment. | ||
