| Details: | Andre reported he'd received my letter and explained lack of response to calls was due to failure to notify CHW of a new phone number for the person now in charge of water duties. I updated contact showing Jake Adkins to be the primary and his phone number. Shortly thereafter Jake confirmed the survey deficiency in question was now corrected and there was discussion regarding potential public notice requirements for delayed response time. |
