| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow Up Site Visit DETAILS: Site visit to follow up on survey deficiency and do a level 2 investigation following several TC+ and enforcement letter from DWP. The open electrical port for well #2 has been repaired and sealed. We also discussed sampling and chlorinating after work done. Its also possible that the raw sample tap for well #1 is not actually on the discharge of the well. They will excavate and determine which pipes in the valve box go where. Gene, Pedro, Teresa and Jimmy will attend OAWU SGWO class in June. ACTION NEEDED: Rebuild protective housings over well #1 and valve box, determine exact layout of piping in valve box and ensure well #1 has a raw sample tap. Complete SGWO course and submit DRC form. | ||
