| Details: | SUMMARY: IFE turbidity levels above 0.3 DETAILS: Jerre contacted me a couple days ago because the turbidity for all their IFEs was elevated on 5/14/17 after they had issues with their coagulant system. All filters experienced turbidity above 0.3 but never > 0.5 NTU. This went on for 1.5 hours but did not correspond with the 4-hour recordings. He wanted to make sure he did not need to do anything else. I got back to him today that OAR 333-061-0040 (1)(d)(B)(ii) lists the IFE "triggers," but there no consequences there unless the level had surpassed either 1.0 or 0.5 NTU for two consecutive 15-min measures. I sent Jerre the OAR citation. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time | ||
