| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine coliform May 9 positive. This is the 14th TC+ in one year. System has had a series of line breaks and repairs and I believe the distribution system is old and in poor condition. I was on-site on May 8th and did a level 2 investigation and follow up on some deficiency corrections. Contacted Gene and Edge Lab and they will be taking repeats/triggered sample Thursday 5/11. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to dictate further action. If unable to find cause of this recurring contamination, system may have to install continuous chlorine. | ||
