| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiencies Have Been Corrected DETAILS: Dan with the OYA replied that all of the deficiencies have been corrected. The system has completed the coliform sampling plan, the emergency response plan, and the O & M manual. The system now has a certified operator who is Dan Dedera and is sampling twice a week for chlorine. The vent has been replaced with a screened return bend. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
