Details: SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies Have Been Corrected DETAILS: Bruce has initiated plan review for the unapproved well at the stockyard. Bruce has completed the coliform sampling plan and has fixed the well head vent with a screened return bend. The issue regarding the location of the sample tap in the pump room has been resolved. The location of the raw water sample tap is between the two pressure tanks in the pump room and will not represent just well water. Casey Lyon called Bruce to explain the situation with the sample tap and it was agreed that since the system does not have treatment the raw water sample tap can stay in the current location but if any samples come back positive at the sample tap that we will have to assume the well is positive even though the water may be getting contamination from a failure of the pressure tanks. Currently the pressure tanks are working correctly and do not pose a concern that would cause this situation any time soon. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected.
