| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Samples Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Merlin for a second time today, 5/12/17. Repeat samples all came back postive for total coliform. Instructed the system to shock chlorinate the system. Merlin indicated he will contact the Rogue Valley Pump, Inc. to provide professional services and assist with the shock chlorination. This should be completed within the next 24 hours. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate system within 24 hours. | ||
