| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Alert DETAILS: I called Gary on 5/12 to discuss result of sample from 5/8/17 showing coliform present. He stated he had already collected some repeat samples. I confirmed that 3 repeats had been collected and that a source assessment sample also due had not been collected yet. Noted that 3 temporary routine samples are due in the month of June. At Garys request I agreed to email the follow up sampling protocol. ACTION NEEDED: Source sample asap and 3 temporary routine samples in June. If any repeats or temp routines show coliform present contact public health. | ||
