| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Correction to WSS Dated 4/18/17 DETAILS: The system had two deficiencies that needed attention:1. No paperwork for the cross connection program and evidence of the devices being tested. We have two backflow devices within the system. 1. Conbraco-2” model 40108A2T - eastside eastside of building 2. Watts-3/4” model 009QT - in boiler room 3. These devices are tested once a year. Last test CJ Hansen Co. Inc.2. There is a written plan for coliform-- it was updated 5-1-2017. Waterlab has a copy of this plan and does the testing for us from the sites indicated on the plan. The testing is one test quarterly. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required. | ||
