Details:	SUMMARY: Recent violations DETAILS: Checked in re: some recent violations. The SWTR (violation) was merely a late submittal for April. But hes also missed 3 monthly coliform samples in the last 6 months. Vance was surprised it was that many. He stated that they drilled a well this past winter and Scott Curry is doing the plan review, then they would be off surface water. They are very close to hooking it up - in the next two weeks. Until he gets PR approval from Scott Curry, he will continue to report the surface water tmt parameters by the 10th of the following month and monthly coliform monitoring. Once on groundwater, the coliform schedule for this TNC might be reduced to quarterly. ACTION NEEDED: Ask Scott Curry to update the PR database to show this well review, and notify when the system is approved and switches over to GW. The database will need updating at that time for new source, different treatment, and change in coliform schedules.
