| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform schedule and violations DETAILS: They have missed a few months of coliform sampling in the last year. Their season is listed as March 1 - November 15. Called to make sure they knew that as of 04/2016, seasonal systems such as theirs need to sample monthly instead of quarterly. Chris checked with Matt Devine, and he said he thought their schedule was quarterly and never heard anything different. Also informed Chris that they need to submit one source water sample per year, which they missed in 2016. She will push to get the next monthly coliform sample and 2017 annual source sample submitted in early June. ACTION NEEDED: Look for an example seasonal start up letter for them, which they should have received this spring. It should state the monthly coliform sampling schedule. They may follow up with questions -if so, check their mailing address. | ||
