| Details: | SUMMARY: violation inquiry DETAILS: Mark is 2nd in command there behind Ray Page, and does the lab sampling. He noticed an SOC violation on our Data Online page for the 2014-16 monitoring period, which was news to him. He does not remember getting a violation postcard. They sampled for SOCs in April 2016. I showed him their Chem Schedule Details webpage, and the "Notes" link there, where it specifies that they need to submit two SOC samples from two consecutive quarters during that 3-year period (as is true for systems > 3300 people.) He only submitted one. To return that violation to compliance, they need to submit 2 consecutive quarters during the 2017-2019 monitoring period. ACTION NEEDED: Await SOC results, and Mark would appreciate it if the violation be returned to compliance at that time rather than waiting till the end of the monitoring period (12/2019). | ||
