| Details: | SUMMARY: VOC Sample Collected on 5-4-17 Tested Above the Detection Level for 1,1,1-Trichloroethane DETAILS: VOC sample collected on 5-4-17 tested above the detection level for 1,1,1 - Trichloroethane. As a follow-up to this Alert I have contacted Kandi Spencer, Alec Smith from Neilson Research, Scott Curry, and Brad Daniels. This sample was collected pre-RO but should have been collected from one of the three post-RO unit taps. Brad has changed the sample type in SDWIS to a source sample. One post-RO follow up sample has already been collected per Kandi Spencer. Brad has changed the sampling schedule to require three VOC samples yearly (one at each RO unit tap). I e-mailed Kandi and Alec notification of the change. ACTION NEEDED: Three VOC samples at the RO unit taps need to be collected yearly. Per Kandi Spencer, one has already been collected. | ||
