Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: 5-25-17 --- Three distribution repeat and one triggered source sample collected 5-24-17 tested TC+. Spoke with Monty Martin, he is shock chlorinating the system today. I informed him three temp routines are due in June. Appointment made for next week to do a Level 2 Coliform Investigation. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
