| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate at 5.6 for Sample Date 12/6/16 DETAILS: System operator called & left me a message to let me know that the sample was over half of the MCL. She indicated that they are working on the treatment system to lower the finished nitrate level. The system will change to a quarterly sampling schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor upcoming sampling & respond as necessary. Send in chem. monitoring change form to update NO3 schedule. | ||
