| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive on Sample Date 4/5/17 DETAILS: I contacted the new manager of the facility about the total coliform. I let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He knew about the positive sample but wasn’t sure of proper follow up protocol. I let him know the sample at each well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. If any come back positive, a level 1 investigation will be needed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. Send an inventory update for new contact. | ||
