| Details: | SUMMARY: New Equipment Malfunction DETAILS: System operator assistant called to let us know that an instrument to regulate pH (installed on May 22, 2017) was malfunctioning. Their goal pH is 7.2-8.1 and the instrument was indicating they are at 9.5. They are in the process of having the installer repair the instrument and ensure that it is correctly calibrated.
