| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Repeat Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Received call from Spencer that one of 4 repeat samples positive. It was the downstream sample from the original positive. All other including triggered were absent. We discussed level one investigation and I sent Spencer the form. They may just flush the system or chlorinate if necessary and will take additional samples this month to ensure absent for coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Find and fix and submit Level 1 investigation form within 30 days. Normal sampling (3 routines) next month. | ||
