Details:	Garren is headed out to Saginaw today. Previous arsenic exceedance found multiple failures with the arsenic treatment. Garren said that this is a matter of fine tuning the filter system to operate properly. He said he is going to throttle back the water flow to increase the contact time in the filter chambers and increase the chlorine residual. He will post a public notice today and send us a copy. Following his adjustments, he will resample for arsenic to show the system is working.
