| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: I performed a field visit on this date. System operator provided vent screening on well # 1. Grazing animals are now being restricted to at least 100ft. The system is up to date on all sampling requirements. The system now has a written coliform sampling plan. I provided a copy of the enabling authority template & reminded the operator about the annual summary report. I reminded the operator about testing the backflow device. The operator indicated that he has taken the class & thought the application had been sent in to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to work with operator to resolve remaining violations. | ||
