| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Performed a field visit on this date. The wellhead vent is now screened. The system is testing chlorine residuals 2 x per week. The system emailed test results for the backflow device in 11/16. The only remaining violation is that the system does not have final plan review approval. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to work with system to complete plan review. | ||
